In your New York Time’s article on “How Porky Pig Works From Home” you explain how times are difficult for even for voice actors whom are already somewhat accustomed to less human interaction. The voice actor for Porky Pig, Bob Bergen, spoke on his behalf of the struggles he goes through for working through remote. He was familiar with not getting much human interaction from his job before the pandemic, he admits that he misses the interactions that he had even if they were small. Something was better than nothing compared to now where everything is done virtually. That leaves my question of: How can the perspective of a voice actor change the way we look at the struggles of those who aren’t accustomed to little human interactions and those whose jobs revolved around it?
